Moisturizer for Dry Skin
Acid Mantle + Urea 10% and 20% from Atache is a powerful moisturizer indicated for dry, dehydrated and cracked skin. Also, it has desquamative actions so that in disorders that occur with hyperkeratosis it facilitates skin folding. at the same time it contributes to the elimination of epidermal scales. Restores skin balance , protects and maintains the stratum corneum in good condition.
What is it for?
Its main active ingredients:
- Lactic Acid: Component of the skin's Natural Moisturizing Factor. It acts by hydrating and acidifying the stratum corneum, favoring skin elasticity. Stimulates the renewal of keratinocytes.
- UREA: It has an action of dissolution of the epidermal keratin by a mechanism of rupture of the hydrogen bridges of the same. In dry hyperkeratotic states, it facilitates skin folding while contributing to the elimination of epidermal scales. It has a moisturizing action. Reduces transdermal water loss. Promotes cell renewal and natural desquamation.

- Acid Mantle + Urea 10%: Especially indicated for dry, dehydrated and cracked skin.
- Acid Mantle + Urea 20%: Recommended for dry and cracked skin with areas of high hyperkeratosis and flaking.
How should it be applied?
It is a product formulated to be applied to specific areas with a specific dryness problem . Ideal for application on the back and palm of the hands . For the sole of the foot and heels, elbows and knees.
