Eau Blue by Kuo's Professional is thermal water from the Terme de Salies de Béarn (France) . It is a moisturizing solution that calms and decongests the skin . In addition, it tones and remineralizes the skin. Leaves a feeling of freshness. It contains many properties for the skin. It is a way to clean and refresh the face if you use water, it avoids the dryness and tightness that water usually causes. Does not need rinsing.
