Mornings and/or Night:

4. Now apply Tensine Oval Lift to the neck, with palms and fingers closed, bring the right hand to the right collarbone and sweep up, through the neck, continuing to move towards the jaw using all fingers. Alternate the movement between the left and right hand.
5. To work the oval, leave the right hand in a fist and hold the knuckles to the middle of the chin. Let's work the jaw line. Press your knuckles along your jaw and work toward your lower ear (imitate the kneading motion). Repeat 5 times on each side.
