As a massage oil: Apply a thin layer and massage evenly into the skin with circling movements. As a bath oil: Dispense 10-15 pumps of the oil into bath water (maximum temperature: 36°-37°c ;soak time: 15-20 minutes).CAUTION: Rinse shower well to remove any residue and prevent slipping.
