How should it be applied?

Grab a make-up remover pad with completely dry hands.

1. Moisten the discs with cold water and use their rough side to lather, applying the product to the skin in circular motions for a minute and a half
2. Use the soft side to remove eye makeup
3. Then rinse with plenty of water

***The smooth side of the pad is for cleansing and removing eye make-up, the rougher side is for cleansing the rest of the face.
