Basil essential oil to keep calm

We love Basil essential oil for its anti-inflammatory properties to combat muscle pain, headaches, earaches, among others. But also, in a diffuser it helps us to relax , to think positively and to concentrate.

And in our skin, it improves its appearance by reducing pores, flaccidity and providing luminosity.

What is it for?

Basil chemotyped oil formula obtained by steam distillation:

• Perfect for anti-cellulite massages, lymphatic drainage and muscle fatigue .
• Relief from headaches and ears.
• Insect repellent .
• Cleanses the skin and reduces pores.
• Improves the appearance of the skin, illuminating and reaffirming it.
• Relaxing, reduces mental fatigue, increases concentration and creativity.

Who can use it?

Suitable for all skin types, except atopic and sensitive.

PRECAUTIONS

1. Do not use during pregnancy, lactation or in children or babies without first consulting a professional.
2. Do not ingest or apply directly to the skin, always mix with creams or vegetable oils (2% essential oil in 98% vegetable oil).
3. Not suitable for sensitive skin.
4. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
5. Always wash hands after use and avoid contact with eyes.
6. Keep away from any source of heat and light, close it well in a cool place.

How should I apply it?

In a body massage we will use 3 drops in 10 ml. of vegetable oil or cream.

Diffuser aromatherapy applying 2 or 4 drops, 1 hour a day.

In the bathtub we will add 6 drops for a relaxing effect.
