PRECAUTIONS

1. Do not use in pregnancy or lactation. Consult a professional before choosing the dose and its use.

3. Do not apply to sensitive or atopic skin.
4. Respect its use together with creams or vegetable oils, do not apply it directly to the skin (2% essential oil in 98% vegetable oil).
5. Do not take more than the recommended dose.
6. Wash hands well after use and avoid contact with eyes.
7. Keep the bottle tightly covered and in a cool, dry place.

How should I apply it?

Add 3 drops in 10 ml. of vegetable oil or cream in relaxing body massages.

Enjoy the aroma while you meditate with 2-4 drops, for at least 1 hour a day in a diffuser.

Apply 6 drops mixed with sea salt if you need a relaxing bath.
