PRECAUTIONS

3. Use low doses and mix with creams or vegetable oils, do not apply directly to the skin (2% essential oil in 98% vegetable oil).
4. Do not exceed the recommended amount.
5. Citrus oils can cause photosensitivity reactions, sun exposure after application is not recommended.
6. Avoid contact with eyes and wash hands immediately after application.

How should I apply it?

Apply 2-6 drops in 10 ml. of vegetable oil or cream to use it in muscular massages and other treatments.

Mix 3-4 drops with sea salt and relax in the bath.
