The new base Eyeshadow from Artdeco is designed to eliminate wrinkles from the eyelid, smoothing it and thus leaving a unified color in the eyeshadow. In addition, it helps to fix the makeup, having a luminous color throughout the day. Its formula is rich in Bisabolol and Vitamin E that nourishes the delicate tissue of the eyelids and helps reduce inflammation.

To apply, on a clean and hydrated face, distribute a thin layer with a makeup palette or with your finger directly on the eyelid. Afterwards, you can already apply the eye shadow with the indicated brush.
