What is Matriskin Osmopeel Mask?

Matriskin Osmopeel Masque is a chemical peel developed using a stable formula. It brings together two world-patented active ingredients that improve the bacteriological safety and tolerance of the product. It is a peeling with great results in a few applications , both on the surface and in the depth of wrinkles and wounds. It has no secondary effects that deteriorate lower skin layers.

It acts synergistically on the skin at different levels through an osmosis process, exfoliates dead cells, impurities and also promotes hydration and luminosity . Scrub that enhances the biological mechanisms for cell renewal and regeneration.

What is it for?

The skin is made up of 3 layers: epidermis, dermis and hypodermis, these layers are made up of cells that interact with each other. The outer layer, called the epidermis, is made up of keratinocytes that migrate from the deepest part to the outside, which is called the stratum corneum. It is in this area where the keratinocytes accumulate, forming a layer of dead cells. This migration process from the bottom to the stratum corneum takes approximately 28 days and is considered a cell life cycle.

When dead surface cells are not removed naturally, they can cause a thickened stratum corneum , leading to thick, dull, yellowish or grayish looking skin . It can also lead to the accumulation of dead cells inside the pore, leading to infections, pimples, comedones or clogged pores . This epidermal renewal deficit usually occurs more frequently in oily and combination skin , from early ages to mature skin. In mature oily and combination skin, this accumulation of superficial keratin over time also tends to produce thickening of the skin, with the appearance of deep wrinkles, especially in the forehead area .

The Matriskin Osmopeel Mask is specially designed to achieve extraordinary renewal and regeneration. Its formula has been made with:

• Glycolic acid, alpha hydroxy acid, soluble in water and low molecular weight. Its acid function enables it to break the union between the cells of the stratum corneum, releasing them. It allows gentle but very deep exfoliation, making it a great asset for skin that is saturated or very thick. It also acts on the synthesis of collagen, so it helps to erase and regenerate the epidermis in cases of blemishes, acne marks, inflamed acne, seborrheic dermatitis, hyperkeratosis, xerosis or aging.
• Octadecenedioic acid (ODA), a natural derivative of oleic acid capable of regulating pigmentation and lightening the skin. inhibits the synthesis of melanin from the nucleus of melanocytes.
• Ceramidone, biomimetic plant ceramide that restructures the skin barrier and stimulates the synthesis of epidermal lipids, improves skin integrity, protects and reinforces cohesion.
• Polyacrylic acid, intelligent polymer capable of retaining a large amount of water and releasing it gradually. Improves hydration, reducing relief and dehydration wrinkles.
• Palmitoyl pentapeptide-4, an amphiphilic compound formed by amino acids from a fragment of type I collagen that favor its own synthesis and significantly reduce superficial and deeper wrinkles. Clinical studies have made clear the superiority of its results against retinol and vitamin C as anti-wrinkles, as well as its action on the synthesis of hyaluronic acid and glycosaminoglycans (GAG).

Who can use it?

The treatment it offers is indicated for damaged skin on the surface such as acne marks, acne, blemishes, deep wrinkles, etc. It is also indicated as a preventive treatment for combination and oily skin, helping to keep the skin firm, smooth and renewed.

It can be used on all skin types such as dry, very dry and occasionally even on sensitive skin.

The frequency will depend on the type of skin and needs:

1. Oily skin with acne, acne marks, thickened or mature apply twice a week.
2. Combination skin with dehydrated areas and punctual pimples, apply once a week on the T zone and once every 2 weeks on the entire face.
3. Young or mature dry or very dry skin, apply once a week only to the T zone and alternate with once every 2 weeks on the entire face.
4. Sensitive skin apply once every 3 weeks on the T zone, avoiding the cheekbones.

How should I apply it?

The application protocol would be:

Night:

1. With a clean and dry face.
2. Apply the Osmopeel Mask properly spread on the face, neck and décolleté and leave it to act for 10 to 15 minutes.
3. Rinse with warm water with the help of a sponge to remove it completely.
4. Then apply the serum and cream corresponding to the indicated treatment.
