Cinnamon essential oil has many therapeutic properties to treat muscle pain, cellulite, poor circulation and as an antimicrobial. It is also ideal for combating depression and overwhelm. Likewise, on the skin, it prevents infections, improves healing and relieves inflammation.

Adding professional essential oils in the cabin such as Cinnamon is a highly recommended option. You can customize treatments to meet clients' needs. Introduce it into your cabin protocol for relaxing, draining massages and to treat contractures. Make a mixture with a neutral cream or vegetable carrier oil, so you can apply it to the skin effectively.

What treatments can I do with this product? What actives or products can I mix or combine it with?

These are some therapies that you can add to your services:

• Relaxation and relief from physical exhaustion: Prepared with Almond Vegetable Oil (5 tablespoons) and 10 drops of the essential oils of Cinnamon, Ginger, Tea Tree, Rosemary and Lemon.
• Muscle pain and contractures: Intense massage with Jojoba Vegetable Oil (1 tablespoon), St. John's Wort Vegetable Oil (1 tablespoon) and 1 drop of Cinnamon, Chamomile and Lavender essential oils.

Add 3 or 4 drops to the massage cream that you usually use for all anti-cellulite treatments, to relieve pain and tired legs.

What treatment can I do before or after this?

Before performing any type of massage, the skin must be very clean and even exfoliated with some peeling that helps eliminate dead cells, so that the benefits of the oil penetrate better. At the end of the massage, you can also choose to prescribe the client a daily mixture for their routine.
