What is it for? What am I going to achieve with this product?

The wax melter is used in hair removal to melt wax and keep it in a liquid state while we apply it. This professional beauty device has a container designed to melt the wax so that the temperature is always controlled for the client's safety. The use of spatulas is recommended to handle and apply the wax.

What product do I choose? How does it work?

Among the different options of Pollié professional wax melters, we find:

• 90W fuser with electronic thermostat, light, ergonomic and with bowl included with removable handle. You can also buy it as a spare part.
• 100W fuser with thermostat and 450g bowl.
• 110W fuser with thermostat and without bowl for 500 and 500g cans. You can buy the bowl separately.
• 175W melter with 800g bowl for discs, wax and pearls. Light and fast heating. It also has a spare part.

On the other hand, we recommend always informing ourselves about the use of the fuser before using it in a session, they generally have their instruction manual, but they work in a very similar way by following these steps:

1. Heat the bowl : The wax melter has a bowl where we place the wax so that it melts. A container that resists high temperatures.
2. Control the temperature : Using a display or guide, the melter features a temperature control system to maintain the wax at a specific and safe temperature for your application (thermostat).
3. Melting the wax : After the bowl is heated, the wax begins to melt. Depending on the type of wax, it will be at one temperature or another, and the power of the melter.
4. Apply the wax to the skin : Now with the help of a disposable or reusable spatula, we move the wax and gradually take it to apply and spread it on the skin. When we take it out, we wait a few minutes for it to cool so as not to damage the skin.
5. Remove the wax : Once solidified on the skin, it is removed with a quick pull or using disposable hair removal strips. A process that extracts hair from the roots, thus lengthening the growth time.
