How should I apply it?

Apply a layer of Base Coat.
Apply two thin coats of color and wait for 30 seconds for them to dry.
When the color of your nails dries, apply as Top Coat Chrome Effects Nail Lacquer Top Coat by OPI to optimize adhesion and protection of the nails. It will also provide shine and a long-lasting finish.
