How should I apply it?

The application protocol would be:

In the mornings:

1. Wash your face with cool water and pat dry with a clean towel.
2. If you notice that your skin is especially dehydrated, you can apply a small amount of toner or moisturizing lotion in the morning, moisturizing the skin with the help of your hands.
